I've had bad experiences with plumbers so I'm super picky about who I hire.  This company was referred to me by a friend so I thought I'd give them a try with an easy job.  I found water leaking from my first floor toilet down into the basement, real bad mess.  I called Mark and he scheduled an appointment with me right away.  He would have come over that day but I had to wait until I could take some time off from work.  Mark showed up on-time and went right to work.  He found a hairline crack in the old toilet bowl, replaced the toilet with a super low priced but good quality toilet and even tweaked the flapper on my basement toilet.  I showed him future jobs, talked to him about how he would go about  doing the job and I liked what I heard.  He did a great job and we now consider him our plumber.  Great family too!
