This inspector submitted a report to our buyer full of factual errors. He noted that a grease stain on the ceiling about the stove was a stain from water damage from the roof. He noted the dishwasher did not work (no water), when it works perfectly fine. He noted that the gate to our fence was locked when the gate has no locking mechanism. He ripped the weather stripping off of an exterior door, then noted that the door didn't close properly due to the weatherstripping. He estimated that our 3 month old roof was between 5 and 10 years old.
