It did go well.  The service tech was here for approximately four hours to install the exterior six panel door and the two storm doors.  One problem was the exterior door leading to the garage was wired into the home's security system.  The service tech cut the wires to the door to install the new door.  I called my security company to repair the damage to my security system.  This cost was not considered in the bid Butler provided.  Also, Butler did not repair or paint an open areas or wiring that was damaged by the installation of the three doors.
Bottom line, the cost for the two storm door installation and the exterior six panel (fire retarded) door was $3,100.  Although I thought the installation was adequate, the price was a bit steep.  Butler does good work but I cannot justify price versus quality.  At least we have the assurance of Butler's warranty.

I had a great experience throughout the entire process. Butler's owner, Peggy Kory, came out to look at the deck and was responsive in providing pricing. Peggy and her company were very communicative during the entire process of next steps in scheduling the work, the permit process, and were very responsive and helpful in the steps I also had to take in obtaining approval from my condo association. The workmanship was very impressive, to the extent that neighbors' took notice and approached Butler about their own deck needs. Peggy updated me on the construction progress to include any updates. The resulting product was a beautifully constructed deck, that was very safe and durable, for which I have in turn received inquires from neighbors about the work. Butler was very trustworthy and I felt piece of mind contracting with them for my deck replacement. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future work I need!

Materials were delivered and the owner called about the start date. Then they were delayed starting a say as they were finishing the last job. I didn't mind as I had delayed them due to being out of town earlier. When they started the project manager and lead both checked in with me and made sure I didn't have any questions.They did the needed repairs first then the sunroom went fast. .

We Interviewed several companies for a sunroom addition on our house (Patriot, Jacob and Butler). Butler was by far the best choice and price. Patriot and Jacob wanted to put a pre-fab room on for more money than Butler could stick build one for. It was a no-brainer. The crew was on time and we saw significant progress each day. Peggy Kory (president) was very nice to work with. She was very responsive and when changes came she, or her lead team member, would fill us in and let us make the decision. We had a p-tec unit put in so we use the room all year round. The insulation is amazing. The windows are Vista brand and I could open one with my finger. The siding on the room was done without any problems and looks better than Hand L builders when they did my house.

If your looking at just puttig in a $189.00 window from WW it will be a waste of your money.

The installer was on time and he knew what to do to make it look great. Cut out the old windows and rehung the new ones and sealed up wih insullation an caulk. Now on cold days we don't have the cold breaking thru when the shades are lifted in the mornings.

Butler explained everythng they would do and the type of windows they were installing. All th old windows were hauled away.
