They have obviously spent a lot of money trying to make this place "look" good. Between the vets and the staff, it's obvious the don't care about quality. Just walk in the door and smell the place. Disgusting.

I adopted a cat a couple of months ago and we have 4 cats and a dog that go there for vet care at CISAR Veterinary Clinic. We first used their services in '09 and somebody paid the bill for us. They were really good and take care of whatever you need. You wouldn't have anything to worry about at CISAR Veterinary Clinic and all of our animals are in good shape. They also go there for other basic stuff. This place is on top of their game and they're good.
