Unfortunately, we had a personal issue to deal which required an unplanned trip out of town. Even after a month delay, Tim kept following up to adjust the timing of the project and work with us.
Once financing was secured and the project was underway, Tim and his crew were amazing. They completed the project in the time frame set forth in the estimates, and they informed us well in advance of adjustments. For example, there was some decking on the roof which was failing and needed to be replaced. In the world of home improvement work, surprises stink, but Tim kept us informed every step of the way.
Throughout the project (which lasted about 6 weeks), we received phone calls twice a week informing of the progress and what was going to happen next.
After all was finished, Tim and his crew cleaned up everything perfectly. There was almost no trace that any heavy equipment was ever on our property to do work.
