Workmanship was excellent and service call was promptly and professionally handled.

We had water back-up in our basement and didn't know if it was sewage or just water back-up, since we had recently had lots of flooding in our area. The technician explained that since our house had sat empty for 2 years, all the sludge in the pipes settled at the bottom, and needed to be cleared out. We shouldn't have this problem again. He explained what the problem was, and what he was going to do in order to fix it. And then - we forgot our checkbook, and only had $117 in cash on us - and our total was $145.00. He was just going to accept the $117 and be done with it, but we insisted that we'd pay the next day. This was a great transaction, and we will definitely recommend this company to anybody that needs a plumber.

Had hot water heater leak when I was out of town. Mark got to it that day even though he had other work.Needed it fixed and he found a larger water heater than we had before and probably too large for our house, but he got it fixed the same day when we needed it done. Does very good work.
