Chapman Heating & Cooling

When we moved to Clinton, IL 4 years ago, our a/c was out. Our daughter who lives in a small village north of us, recommended Chapman Heating and Cooling. He kept our 45 year old a/c running and cleaned and inspected our furnace every 6 months. Bill Chapman, first of all came to our house, measured for square feet to give price for an appropriate furnace and air conditioner, explained the differences in models (efficiency), despite the fact he had worked on both units. When we were asking around town about a licensed dealer to purchase and have replace our furnace and a/c, Bill Chapman's name repeatedly came up. Seems everyone recommended Chapman's. When we told him we were going with him, he immediately ordered everything needed. He he tore out our old furnace 4/19/2010, and started installing the new a/c and furnace on 4/20/2010. Bill Chapman works by himself, except for calling his son to help him carry the furnace out of the house. He cleaned up everything necessary, we said we'd recycle the corrigated boxes for him (Our town has a recycle program).
