Ayers Painting Papering Drywall Deck Stain

Ayers performed the drywall work that was completed in EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP QUALITY.1) Nail hole mud was sanded poorly, 2) left over mud wasn't removed from the wall, 3) build up mud was obviously seen and was not FINISH sanded 4) corners were not sanded finished .         The ceiling tile work was HORRIBLE at best. Whole pieces of tile were cut in half and put in place and some had broken corners.  The metal framing was not lined up evenly. (photo's were taken of his workmanship)         When Ayers notified me the job was complete I was SHOCKED to see a MESS !!!!  I pointed out the items that needed corrected. He worked an additional hour and again notified me it was complete. When again I explained the work was NOT acceptable he became rude and angry. Ranting  and raving that I could finish the work because he was finished with the job and was not returning.          I refused to pay him the last half payment installment until the job was complete. He stormed out and has not been heard from since. He threatened that he was placing a  legal judgement against my property.         I had the work completed and Ayers mistakes finished to acceptance.
