+ 0 moreOf the four quotes we received, Tate's was the most creative and detailed. It was developed quickly and presented professionally compared to the other companies. The crew was exceptional. They were on time and pleasant. They took pride in their work and gave attention to details. They cleaned up at the end of each day. There was a lot of construction mess and they took steps to protect other parts of the house. The contractor was on sight regularly monitoring the progress. He was always responsive and quick to answer questions. We felt that he really cared about our project, and we would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Replaced kitchen down to the studs. New insulation, electrical, plumbing, cabinets and counter tops. Two bathrooms. Partial wall replacement and redesign along with insulation, tile floors and shower walls, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and counter tops.

Description of Work: I HIRED HIM TO FIX A SLIDING SCREEN DOOR, REPLACE A SCREW IN PAPER TOWEL RACK AND TOILET PAPER HANGER, TO DO SOME GROUT WORK, AND TO INSTALL A BACKUP SUMP PUMP.
