MICHAEL PERFORMED OUR HOME INSPECTION. HE DID POINT OUT THAT WE HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF ASBESTOS TILE IN A UTILITY ROOM IN THE BASEMENT. HE FAILED TO TELL US THAT IT WAS PROBABLY UNDERNEATH THE CARPET IN THE BASEMENT AS WELL. HE COULD NOT HAVE KNOWN FOR SURE, BUT HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST VENTURED A GUESS, AND TOLD US SO. THE WHOLE BASEMENT FLOOR WAS COVERED IN ASBESTOS TILE, WHICH WE HAD TO PAY TO REMOVE.
