Services we offer

Molidor Custom Builders designs and builds new custom homes on your current lot or we can help you find the right location. We also specialize in additions and home remodels. We also do custom additions and remodeling projects as small as a bathroom or kitchen remodel to adding a whole new living space onto your existing ranch home. If we can't help you, we will find someone who can!

Some stuff they had to come back as soon as they finished and actually fix it because it wasn't done, like part of the banisters. They had to put the spindles, that are between upper and lower part of the railing, and nothing was actually connected. It was not very good. And relatively, between that and the end of the project, something was mysteriously added by one of the two folks that was working on it, not a very good experience. We're relatively upset at them. Half the project was fine, the wall was fine that they put in, and it looks great, they did a great job with that, it was fine. They did come back in and finish stuff.
