+ 0 moreWe received their contact information from our realtor and I followed up with an e-mail. They met us at our house to discuss our project and actually came to check out a house that we were considering renovating. The house proved to be unsuitable for renovation as the foundation was deteriorating. Once we decided to build new, they were extremely helpful and offered numerous suggestions. Although we decided to hire another builder Pete Collins was gracious and friendly when notified and I have great respect for this company.
Description of Work: We met with Collins-Sarsfield when we were searching for a builder for our new construction project. They were extremely professional, enthusiastic and very cooperative. There was no air of arrogance about them at all. They showed us a couple of homes already constructed and we definitely liked the quality of work. The only reason we didn't chose them is because their styles and portfolio didn't quite align with our project objectives. However, if we were to build again, we would definitely consider them again.

+ 0 moreA prior contractor who designed and built a room addition cut corners and neglected to install a structural beam. Pete and John brought in a structural engineer, and together they diagnosed the problem, designed a beam, and used lifts to install it. They then restored my home so that you would never have known that such significant repairs had been done. In the master bath, they worked super patiently with me and my decorator to achieve a perfect result. Throughout the entire experience, they were helpful, cooperative, cheerful, on time, flexible and tidy! I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. AAAA++++!!!
