Did a great job with estimates

The Pro was courteous and knowledgeable and got the job done.

John came over. Didnâ t seem to have a clue what plan he had go viral a blockage. He was fogging out the main kind.. funny. I never heard the rodding machine make a noise. It had nothing to do with the main line c I paid him $350 cash for a problem he never fixed. What a joke. I called him at his office 2 days later. I knew it was John. He said he wasnâ t here and had to go. The coward wouldnâ t even talk to me. I lodged a complaint with Angie. Will be visiting his office personally Donâ t hire him. Poor abilities and canâ t deal with customer issues.

Horrible experience Came out to Rod main line sewer/ rodded inside drains but no success Supreme charged $350 but he actually ached for more. He didn?t seem to know what he was doing. More like second guessing. I saw that the company accepted credit cards. John never gave me that option. What a rip off. When he arrived he said he was at another job earlier but it didn?t ? work out?. Should have been a red flag. So I had the worse experience ever? out $350 Please dont hire him He first know what he?s doing and lies about payment and a set price.

Good guy and work

i had a different plumber come out Friday and said the shower drain could not be rodded out. This plumber comes out and says he can do the job. He then discover he cannot and charges me a $150 for nothing. I paid the first plumber $75 who said the shower drain could not be rodded out!!

John was super quick and easy to work with. I am so happy to have drains that do what they are supposed to do! I would absolutely recommend Supreme Plumbing and Sewer Service to get the job done for a good price and fast results.

Did not in the end have the tools or truck (in the shop) or expertise to solve the problem. Nice polite guy but that is about it. Toilet still runs slow and sometimes clogs.

The first job the routing of the drains and toilet were fine he quoted the price before he did the job. But the second job we called him for to run the water line to new refrigerator, he did not quote a price all he said was $20 travel fee for gas and that was before he got here. When he got here he preceded to hook up the old water hose instead of splicing it into a new new one. I could have hooked up the old one myself. Then he told us the price of $75, which we feel was a rip off and that he took advantage of my grandmother, she is 101 years old. If he was not comfortable with the project then he should have told us, in fact I asked him if I should look someone more familiar with appliances and he said no. He did not even go into the basement to check the water line. What a total waste of my grandmothers money and our time now we have to find someone else.

The technician arrived with few tools and wore no gloves while unclogging my toilet. After the toilet was removed from the floor he proceeded to use the open drain as his own personal urinal instead of using another bathroom downstairs. He splashed toilet water all over my belongings and left used toilet paper on the floor. He claimed that his card reader wasn't working and made me walk to an atm to get cash. After that he forgot his glasses and had to come back. Once he was gone it was clear that the toilet was not secured back to the floor. Sitting on it is very precarious. Disgusting.
