Started pretty fast before the holidays and completed in January. He was professional and patience.

this is our 3rd contractor experience and by far THE BEST. Jose and brother Arturo were referred to me by a friend (they were not on Angies' List prior to this post). My friend said they were "amazing" -- and truly they are. We were coming off a horrible experience with another contractor. Jose and Arturo and team came in to finish some of the rough carpentry. They then drywalled the entire 3-floors of our building. They moved some electrical that the old contractor had put in the wrong place. Jose charged me a $200 extra for this, so reasonable. they also soffitted all the hvac, added studs to frame out the windows, etc. I only wish i had known about them for to do the WHOLE job. They are neat,fast, trustworthy and punctual (seriously, they wanted the building open at 7am and were there at 6:59 waiting for me). And they are smart -- seeing things that we didn't and asking how we wanted them done. There price was EXTREMELY fair. and they didn't take a mark up on materials, they actually preferred i place the order (they told me how much of everything to get.) that way i just paid them just for labor. the little add ons for soffitts and electrical were so reasonable (vs. other contractor who up-charged at every turn.) no, i'm not related to them and doing one of those fake posts : ) We've used Neighborhood Remodelers in the past (i'd give them a B-B+), we've used Pino Construction (F, DON"T use them) and now Jepes. Jepes is who we'd hire for other projects without a doubt. they are great, go for it!
