They guaranteed it for two years and they refused to come back and repair it. During the time where the sidewalk was crumbling I referred him over to my neighbor to have a tree removed. He removed that tree and that tree fell through my fence, knocking down one of my trees and he refused to repair it completely. He was not registered. He did not register with the village, so the village could not locate him. So people need to know that he is not registered and that he is uninsured so that the same thing does not happen to them. He could have repaired what is damaged on the sidewalk. He could return my calls because after he did the work he refuses to return a call now. He carries no insurance, no liability, none of that stuff. He causes damage and there is no way to repair it.
