"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.

"Based on our past experience with AOM (interior painting), we used them to powerwash our home. They had all the appropriate equipment and did an excellent job. "To be clear on what I am being asked to rate .... Choice is asking me to rate the repair service man that showed up to repair - NOT their warranty service itself. These are two different things. I rate the repair man - high. The warranty company itself - ONE STAR. See they advertise this great warrantee .... but when you go to use it ..... in all the fine print .... they write themselves out of responsibility to take care of your problem so BE CAUTIOUS when choosing to purchase this warranty. I have had this warranty for two years ... never needed it. Then my microwave goes on the blink. Took three weeks to get a repair man to my house and a resolution which ended in basically a non- resolution. They opted to replace vs. repair .... somehow figured my microwave was 10 years old - which is a joke and in the wind gave me $191 to replace it - and this is after I paid the $65 service fee. This is for replacement and installation. See in item #9 of the contract it states they ARE responsible for ALL components (excepts handles, door glass, etc). BUT ... then in #16 it states they do not have to repair ... they can opt to offer replacement costs (THEIR supposed costs - which is NOT retail) so for my $319 microwave +$110 installation it is costing me to replace - They OPTED to give me $$191 minus my $65 service fee ..... which ends up being $123. This is a bunch of ********. They know it and I know it. SO .... if this is how they do on a microwave .... I can ONLY imaging what they will do on something big. So ..... I have zero confidence in this company at this point and as soon as this claim settles out - I receive my whopping $191 ... I plan to cancel this warranty and go with another home warranty company. Maybe they will appreciate my business because this one sure did not. They proved that on this small claim. I do t trust them to risk it if there happened to be a larger claim. Horrible is all I can say."
