The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. "Agape is a family owned business, the owner, Mike brought his wife by to work and his son came by with the wife once as well. He is very friendly and professional. In addition to digging out the are and pouring the cement, Mike, and his wife pulled all the weeds from my patio. This was not in the contract, I did not ask him to do it, itas just something that he saw that needed to get done and he did it. Mike got the job by answering his phone on a Saturday, and coming by to measure on a Sunday. All the other construction guys in the area, were not available on the weekend. I plan to use Agape for future projects. I may want to build a privacy fence on one side of the hottub, I have the area blocked from sight now, but It would look nicer and have access to my neighbor if I tore down the cyclone fnce and put up a privacy femce. When I am ready to do that work, Mike is the first one that I will call.
Since the project was completed by Agape Construction, I have now had a hotub sitting on the cement slab filled with water. It is a medium to large tub and weighs over 2 tons when filled with water and people. I have seen no signs of cracking, seeping, or anything wrong at all. I am very happy with my hottub!! ?"

"To be clear on what I am being asked to rate .... Choice is asking me to rate the repair service man that showed up to repair - NOT their warranty service itself. These are two different things. I rate the repair man - high. The warranty company itself - ONE STAR. See they advertise this great warrantee .... but when you go to use it ..... in all the fine print .... they write themselves out of responsibility to take care of your problem so BE CAUTIOUS when choosing to purchase this warranty. I have had this warranty for two years ... never needed it. Then my microwave goes on the blink. Took three weeks to get a repair man to my house and a resolution which ended in basically a non- resolution. They opted to replace vs. repair .... somehow figured my microwave was 10 years old - which is a joke and in the wind gave me $191 to replace it - and this is after I paid the $65 service fee. This is for replacement and installation. See in item #9 of the contract it states they ARE responsible for ALL components (excepts handles, door glass, etc). BUT ... then in #16 it states they do not have to repair ... they can opt to offer replacement costs (THEIR supposed costs - which is NOT retail) so for my $319 microwave +$110 installation it is costing me to replace - They OPTED to give me $$191 minus my $65 service fee ..... which ends up being $123. This is a bunch of ********. They know it and I know it. SO .... if this is how they do on a microwave .... I can ONLY imaging what they will do on something big. So ..... I have zero confidence in this company at this point and as soon as this claim settles out - I receive my whopping $191 ... I plan to cancel this warranty and go with another home warranty company. Maybe they will appreciate my business because this one sure did not. They proved that on this small claim. I do t trust them to risk it if there happened to be a larger claim. Horrible is all I can say."
