Scott arrived shortly after 3PM and had pretty much wrapped up the job by 3:40, Not much else to say except they honored the 10% Angie's list coupon and everything worked out great. We'll use Overhead Door again next time we need a lift.
After putting it together and realizing that I would need to at least modify if not entirely replace the support brace, I researched this company. Called first thing in the morning and they arrived that afternoon exactly as promised and done in about an hour. Modified support brace, installed accessories, and programmed extra keypad. Used better quality braces than those provided in the box at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for better service!
"In this case we ordered the door for the Member and gave him the time frame of 4 to 5 weeks. Our manufacturer had been having delays due to heavy volume for the type of product the Member ordered. The problem is we were not told of the delay in advance. We eventually found out at the 4 week time period. We did inform the customer as soon as we were made aware of this problem. We told him we would install the door for him as soon as we recieved it. We have made a formal complaint to our manufacturer asking for more notice when delivery times are delayed longer than normal. We told them customers are waiting and are told a time period and when we don't deliver, we look bad. I apologized to the customer and told him I cannot control a delay of this nature and promised we would provide him with an outstanding install."
