Great! I've had Kelley at my home to help with computer and printer issues over the years. This was the 3rd time, so I've obviously been pleased with his work. Whatever your level of expertise, Kelley will explain things at that level. He's patient and gives good suggestions that make my tech life easier. He's always been polite, friendly and punctual. I'll continue to rely on his services as needed.

Great. He responded to my request quickly, showed up 30 minutes after that, and had fixed the problem in another 30 minutes. If there is any company that deserves A or 5 star reviews, it is Zen Support.,,

Kelley answered all my questions and took care of all my tech problems. He’s polite and friendly. His pricing is generous. As noted above, I’d asked him to help me learn to use A new app I’d just downloaded a couple days before. As a retired teacher, I can say he has the makings of a teacher. He was patient and helped me learn. I highly recommend Kelley Boylan and his Zen ( computer) Support!

He put me at the top of his to-do list, and gave me directions that revived my computer, and a path forward to have his help to migrate my data, from a distance. He didn't charge me, but I'm going to send him money anyway.

I've used Zen Support services for a number of years and recently to help me transfer data from a dying laptop to a new one. Kelley is very knowledgeable and helpful. He shows up on time and gets right to work. I have also in the past needed some advice and contacted Kelley via email. He was quick to respond and worked me through my issue without a charge. He enjoys what he does and it shows. I will trust my PC needs to no one else.

I emailed Kelly with times I could be home. He quickly responded and was on time. He updated Mac computer, and changed ink on printer. He is a pleasure to have in the house, and enjoys his work. I call him the"Columbo" of computers. I will need a new printer, and will call him to install it. He also gives honest advice.His prices are fair.

Kelley is just great.  His communication around scheduling appointments and understanding problems is just where it should be.  He is courteous but warm, knowledgeable but never arrogant about his knowledge.

What's very special about him is that he really gets a kick out of what he does...and I think he views what he does as essentially helping people.   What that tangibly translates into, aside from fairness with regard to pricing, is the best follow-up support you will ever get.  I recently had to call him about a problem I was having with my printer.  He was a prince. He spoke to me for a few minutes and guided me through a few trouble-shooting things...lo and behold he solved my problem, and when I insisted that he let me pay him, he declined.

Now, that's a smart businessperson, and an old-fashioned businessperson in the best sense.

I was reluctant to write this review because I don't his time monopolized, but...that would be unfair to Kelley.

I'm a luddite who is fortunate enough to work from home a few days a week. I called Kelley Saturday night with a problem, and he returned my call within 5 minutes and was here on Sunday to address the problem. He restored the internet connection - he got the computer, modem and router talking again. He installed Microsoft Office. The next time I want to throw my computer out the window, I'm calling Kelley instead. He's a great guy and the service was excellent.

The service Kelley provides is fantastic. He is prompt and professional. He's the only person we trust to do a great job with our small business technology needs!

Kelley Boylan of Zen Support arrived on time which earned him "brownie points" in my book. I described the problem I was having accessing the Internet and what I did to try and fix it myself. He guessed the problem was a loose cable and fixed it immediately. He also addressed a separate problem I was having with a laptop that wouldn't power up. Kelley knew the solution which he explained to me and offered a tip in case I experienced the same issue again. This was my first time hiring outside tech support. The solutions weren't complicated so the charge was very minimal which was reasonable and a nice surprise. Overall I found him to be fast, efficient and friendly and would be comfortable calling him again in the future.

He is so friendly and easy to talk with.  He spoke in a way that I understood his answers to each of my questions.  I will definitely call him back to fix any future problems and will recommend him to others.

I got his name from Angies list.  He was on time,  very professional , easy to deal with, priced fairly, and knowledgable.  He also helped my wife switch her email providers and migrate all of her data from one to another.

Kelley was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. He also explained how important having a backup system is for my computer. He shared thoughts about my current computer and printer and their longevity and to think about options for the future. He worked with my schedule and was very easy to deal with and I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

First-Kelly is on time, which is exceptional for this type of service provider. Made an effort to explain to us non-techies what the issue was & the possible solution. And - he spoke English rather than technical jargon. This allowed us to make well informed decisions.

His visit went perfectly.  He is great.  Very knowledgeable and professional.  He works quickly and efficiently.  I would highly recommend him for any computer needs.  I really like that he makes house calls.

This appointment went smoothly as usual.

As always with Kelley it went perfectly.  I e mailed him at 4:15 p.m. and he arrived at 4:30 p.m.   By 4:35 p.m. he had completed the job.  I had to force him to take any money.
Kelley has been my go to person since I've had a computer.  Over the years he has transferred files from one laptop to another, increased connection speed, hooked up the computer/printer before I moved into a new home, removed viruses, advised me on how to shop for equipment, guided me via  e mail on simple fixes (no charge) and  basically fixed or taught me everything I need to know about  to function in the world of technology.  He is endlessly patient, very easy to have around and has saved me countless times. I originally found him through Angie's List and I will be forever grateful to Angi's for giving me my favorite provider.   I can't recommend him enough.

Kelly was running late from his last appointment and called to tell me, which I really appreciated. It wasn't a problem because I was at home for the evening, but I thought it was very considerate of him to let me know. He arrived and explained he wouldn't know how bad it was until he got into the machine. The worst case scenario was that the computer was dead and not able to be repaired. However, he was able to get in and get it back up and running within a half hour. He also explained what had probably happened--it was a McAfee incompatibility and possibly malicious software masquerading as a print driver--and gave me some tips on what to do in the future. He is obviously very knowledgeable and a person who really enjoys what he does. I was ecstatic that I was back up and running the same day. What great service!
