Zed Architects was GREAT! Our architect, Nabil Zahrah, not only provided the drawings for the porch repairs, but also provided insight into the city department of buildings process for code violations. When the drawings were complete, he provided an overview of the drawings (our Condo Board is not comprised of architects) and walked through the repairs and process.
Once a contractor was selected, he returned to inspect the work, made additional recommendations for the contractor, and even helped us negotiate the price for the additional work. Nabil was responsive, timely and very giving considering our gross ignorance of the work and processes. Should we need an architect again, we won't hesitate to contact Zed Architects!
