 + -1 moreOverall, they were courteous, quick to respond, and had reasaonable pricing for initial survey. The quotes involved several options of combining surveys for adjoining neighbors and were very reasonable with discounts. Mr Sekerez was very personable and professional. I ended up hiring a surveyor that was located within a couple miles of the site to be surveyed. The cost for Sekerez to update their own survey within 2 years with no changes was 200$ which I thought was too high- knowing that we definitely would need this option when we make site improvements next year and need a current survey for City of Chicago requirements.
Description of Work: I spoke with Mr. Sekerez at the end of the day and received a quote via e-mail the same night.

The woman who answered was pleasant and explained that I would need to call their loop office at 312-236-4621 and provide the property PIN #. I called the loop office, provided the PIN # and was told (nicely), that they would call me back with an estimate. I have not heard back, and it has been a couple of weeks.
Description of Work: I called to request a price estimate/quote on a survey of a residential property in Brookfield, IL.
