The price was reasonable. They were excellent. We would definitely go back to them again if we needed a similar product. The salesman was knowledgeable about the different carpets. They sold us the right carpet and they installed it correctly.

They were pleasant to deal with, let us take some samples home to look at. The runner made from the same carpet was perfectly mitered and you can't tell from the right side where the seams are, and it is backed with a nonskid backing. The installers, Jason and his helper, did a beautiful job making the two 90-degree turns at the landing. This is the second time we have bought stair carpet from Yonan and we got a much better result this time--though the first time was almost 20 years ago.

They were supposed to custom cut a runner for our hallway.  Several times they were supposed to call me to come and pick it up, but I never heard from them.  When I called them they said they were not ready yet, I called several more times and when I talked to the salesman he took the time to look into it and was not able to find order at all.  He then, personally brought some available samples for us to choose and guarenteed he would, personally make sure it was finished.  The individual who worked with us was very nice, but the fact remains that we were not able to get our carpet until more than 2 weeks after the process was started.  The final product was not even cut straight, but at an angle.  The "A's" on the report reflect the individual salesman we worked with and not the company as a whole.

It went very well and we were very pleased. We've actually recommended them to friends who have used them as well.

Rich measured the rooms quickly and efficiently and delivered an estimate as promised. Romulus called to schedlue and provided details about how the project would go. Art and his crew were prompt, efficient, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about their work. They did quite a bit of custom work, repairing a closet floor and providing custom thresholds. The fifty year old floor was sanded to an almost perfect state and finished so that both floors matched perfectly. The work was finished earlier than expected. Great job.

It was a very positive experience. They worked with me on price. We had a special order and they gave me some monetary concessions.

AFTER ROSEMARY INCREASED THE PRICE OF THE JOB TWICE, SHE FINALLY AGREED TO "ABSORB" HER MISTAKE AND NOT RAISE THE PRICE A THIRD TIME. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO OUR WALLS AND REQUESTED THAT A SUPERVISOR COME TO LOOK AT IT, BEFORE WE MOVED INTO THE HOME, I WAS TOLD THAT THE SUPERVISOR, JOHN, WOULD CALL ME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND COME AND TAKE A LOOK. HE NEVER CALLED AND NEVER CAME OVER. ROSEMARY, THE SALESPERSON, DID LEAVE A MESSAGE ASKING US TO PAY THE BALANCE AFTER WE HAD ALREADY AUTHORIZED THE CHARGE TO OUR CREDIT CARD, BUT DID NOT ADDRESS THE OUTSTANDING DAMAGE TO OUR WALLS. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. GIVEN THAT THEY HAVE NOT PAID TO TOUCH UP OUR WALLS, THE VALUE HAS LESSENED.

WENT TO SHOWROOM, WHERE WE MET ROSEMARY. SHE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARPETING. SHE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME MORE THAN I NEEDED. INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT TO THE MINUTE, AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL OF WALLS, AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. THEY BUNDLED OLD CARPET NICELY AND PLACED AT CURB FOR GARBAGE REMOVAL. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, AND PLAN TO SOON. PAID 50% DOWN, BALANCE WHEN DONE. MY ''B'' RATING FOR PRICE ONLY REFLECTS THAT I DID NOT SHOP AROUND. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE ATTENTION I RECEIVED FROM ROSEMARY THAT I FELT COMFORTABLE TO BUY.

MEASURING AND INSTALLATION WAS DONE EXTREMELY WELL.
