YMCA of the USA

They have everything.  They have indoor swimming, outdoor swimming, fitness and other things.  I like the options I have for classes and the interaction with the staff.  It's just a good place to go for fitness at a reasonable price.  I'm in the insurance with the silver sneakers program.

We were regulars at YMCA of the USA for 3 years and if I went and my daughter didn't go, they would send their greetings to her. The people there are very nice. They do a good job but it is a little more crowded, it is a little easier because it is all on one floor and I do not need to climb stairs. I have a 8 year family plan which has helped our entire family. So many people use health services and so many people don't know how great the YMCA are, because they are a real asset to this city. They are very open and they encourage people to come and make themselves healthier. It is open to people of all ages.

They are convenient, and I am pretty happy with the quality of the job done.

They are superb.  They are within twenty-five miles; it is closer.  You just need to join the YMCA so then you can use any YMCA throughout the whole country.  The place is nice and clean.  The staff is absolutely friendly.

I would recommend them.  They also have personal trainer services, which we use.  My overall experience with YMCA of the USA has been excellent.  Their customer service has gotten better.

They have a variety of services and rates for different sized families. They also have childcare available. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.    

I have been going there for 10 or 15 years. The staff is nice and friendly, and if you have any problems or questions they will be there to assist you. They also have a wide variety of classes to take, and a nursery for the children.

The personnel who provide daycare services are great. However, a recent change in administration has business accounts managed by the Benjamin Harrison YMCA Office. Admin misplaced my daycare payment due to staff change and found it later, but still assessed 2 Late Payment charges ($20 for 2 children). They sent a late payment notice, and I did not know they had misplaced/locked away my check so I ordered a bank stop payment. I advised Lynn Weaver of YMCA (who found my original check and forwarded it late after I advised of the late pay notice) of this. I offered a second check then to replace the first, but she refused/returned it. The first check was ultimately rejected payment by bank. Just received a second late payment notice & $20 NSF after trying the past 3 days to confirm with YMCA Mt. Comfort personnel whether first check cleared the bank. I said I'd give them a check to replace if a problem exists. I left message long ago for Kim Robnolte to call me, but she never did.
