Woody was personable and dependable. He called when he was not able to make appointment and set up a new date. He was on time. Did the work in 2 days. He also answered questions about other issues I had in my home.

He was prompt, thorough, pleasant, and has reasonable rates. We were VERY pleased. Don't remember the specific cost

Woods Electric is our "go-to" electrician! His rates are always competitive and his work is excellent. He even pulled us through a pinch when our wiring malfunctioned right before our busy Easter weekend. He's wonderful, and we'd highly recommend him!

Woody did an excellent job. He is professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest. He does what he says he will do and he does it right. it took him longer than planned because of some custom adjustments but he did not charge extra for the extra time. He quoted a price and stuck to it.

Woody responded to my email promptly. He called the night before to tell me he would be 30 minutes later than scheduled. Arrived promptly. Job went smoothly, even though he was working in my vintage house with 11 foot ceilings and an atypical installation. Very happy. 11

Woody is the best -- reliable, professional, knowledgeable. When he was running a little late, he called to keep me informed. His work is very neat, and he cleans up everything when the work is complete. I couldn't ask for a better electrician!

My experience with Woody was excellent. Right from the beginning, he was very easy to get in contact with, via both e-mail and phone.  He was able to come out for a free estimate on very short notice.  He took his time during the estimate and answered any questions/concerns that I raised.  He then e-mailed me a (very reasonable) quote within 24 hours. I opted to book his services.
He arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and did an excellent job with my install.  He took his time and did a very precise job measuring, cutting drywall, mounting, etc.  I was working from home during the appointment and he was a pleasant guy to be around, very personable. He even gave me some great advice on how to efficiently patch my drywall and actually gave me a hand in doing so!
Woody is my new go-to electrician and I plan to use him for any future projects in my house.

They came out that day; quickly inspected the problem; and immediately diagnosed and fixed it - a loose attachment in the wiring - no danger.

Woody is very pleasant to work with.

Woody offered to take a look at the existing fixture to see if he could fix it before attempting to install the new. He was able to fix it! Which saved me $200 on the new fan and $60 on installation ($120 was install cost, but Woody only charged $60 for the time to fix existing).

One of the circuits in my apartment had a fault (i.e. no power). Based
on information which I provided, and his knowledge of the wiring in old
Chicago structures, he analyzed the circuit and we were able to pinpoint
a junction box out in the hallway. Then it only took him a few minutes
to restore power.
To save time and expense examine all outlets internally, and leave them exposed (i.e. with wires visible).

We could not figure out why one electrical outlet would short and the other would not. He figured it out quickly and fixed the problem. I called at 10 am and he was here by 1 pm. He did great work and his prices were great! He was laid back, efficient, and punctual. I would highly recommend him.

The service was fantastic! He responded to my email within an hour. Tried to see if he could instruct me on how to solve the problem over the phone before coming out, which I found to be very thoughtful. He then came by, on time, and told me the light fixture did not need a transformer, as another electrician had previously stated, and that the problem was easily repairable. He repaired the problem on the spot and then attempted to do a second job of repairing a recessed light. This required part which he agreed to pickup and return to repair. I would highly recommend this company!

Woody was very punctual, arriving right on time to do an estimate and then to start the work a few days later. He also helped us get the best price on the lights and track that we needed to buy. He worked quickly and was extremely tidy, leaving our condo spotless after performing work (drilling into concrete ceilings) that generated a lot of dust. I work from home and he was a pleasure to have around. I recommend Woody without reservation and will hire him again.

He had to find, isolate and relocate several overloaded circuit areas. He is a most competent and honorable individual.
