We paid a $625.00 deposit on 5/21/19 and signed a work order that said the work would be completed in 5 weeks. The check was cashed immediately. Nothing happened. I kept checking in and was told there were delays. The final measurement was finally scheduled the last of July (10 weeks after signing work order). More cancellations of scheduled appointments. We finally had enough of the poor communication and cancellations. First week of August we requested a cancellation of the project and the return of our $625.00 deposit. Gloria Sanchez, the owner, kept apologizing for the bad service. She said our deposit would be returned. But it is 9/7/19 and we still have not received our money back. The work order did not have any policy wording about cancelling a project after a deposit was paid. No waiting time or restocking fees, etc. They have taken our money, done nothing and will not return it to us in a reasonable fashion after apologizing for their poor service. They admitted doing wrong by us yet are punishing us for their lack of professionalism. It's appalling behavior.
