"[Member Name Removed], This is a rather unfair and extremely inaccurate portrayal of your experience. Please allow me to fill in the information you left out for all other Angie'[Member Information Removed] List members to read. The HDMI balun that you purchased was not the one I recommended to you. It was a cheap stripped down version that you found at Walmart. Despite the enormous discounts I gave you, you still wanted to save a little more money by getting a less than reputable product. Yes it turned out to be defective, but as I told you, I cannot honor a part that was purchased somewhere else. No business would. I cannot go back and replace a product, and redo an entire job for free when the product did not come from me. Of course this is what you expected me to do, and when you became unreasonable and quite rude, that'[Member Information Removed] when I stopped communication. And the additional labor price I gave you for returning with a new HDMI balun to be bought from me included the price of the part. I don't get these parts for free and need to charge you for them as well. Like you and everybody else, I'm just trying to make a living. I'm sorry you had this poor experience, but I hope you understand that when you buy a product from Walmart, they are liable for it, not me. Take care, Steve Williams"

However, I'd like to address your comments to clarify things for other consumers. To say that the TV is not working, is misleading. Your TV works great and is setup with your Roku which is also working. You just have no channels because the outdoor antenna isn't connected. This is out of my control and does not reflect my work. Running a line from the roof antenna into the house is not included in the TV mounting offer you purchased and should not have been expected. I did offer you advice and a plan going forward to have the cable company run the line for you, which would save you money. Having said all of that, I don't want to split hairs, I just strive for perfection. If you like, I can come back out and run the line for you at a discounted price.
