My neighbor's said they weren't very efficient. They said one person could have done the job. Have to hire someone else to pull the weeds. Not worth it. Do not recommend.

It went OK. I was surprised I needed so many bags of mulch because I only use 10 bags and they needed 20

They did not complete the job because they said the work was too hard and the guys were too "gentle" (quote from owner). The work was not hard or "impossible" as the owner insisted, in fact I was able to complete the rest of the work in four hours and I am a 5 ft 2 woman! The experience was all the more outrageous because I talked to the owner before starting the job and outlined what the work was--to dig 1-2 inches into my back parking pad (gravel and dirt) and move the content into a garden. First I requested 1 person for 4 hours per deal terms but the owner said his guys only worked in pairs. After going back and forth a few times on the issue--I conceded that two people would be okay. The owner reassured me that his guys were smart and strong and capable of doing the work. On the day of job, his guys were 30 minutes late and I had to call in order to get an update. Two guys arrived to the job and one started to call his boss 10 minutes into the job. They spoke in a foreign language and I did not understand content of conversation but I did know that this meant only one of the guys was working. About 20 minutes in, I left for 10 minutes. When I came back (about 30 minutes into the job) the second guy was still on the phone and said the owner needed to talk to me. On the phone, the owner proceeded to tell me that the job was too hard--impossible--and his guys were too gentle and had to work other jobs after. He said they were landscapers and digging dirt is not landscaping work. He demanded that they be able to take breaks whenever they wanted for however long that they needed, that I pay for the time of their breaks, or else they would leave the job. I was flabbergasted and despite trying to reason that the job is reasonable--yes it is work but that is why I am paying his workers to do it--the owner threatened that his guys would get angry and leave. At this point, I stopped reasoning with him and just said he should do what he needs to do and I will do what I need to do. His guys left an hour into the job and completed about 1/3 of the work, even when one person was on the phone for about half the time. They would have likely finished the job if they had just worked as was their job instead of complain that they are too valuable for the work.

Two fellows showed up when scheduled and did the work and cleaned up within two hours.

Very happy with the services. I used Welts to cut back some shrubs surrounding the house as well as to do some clean up of the front. They did an excellent job, listened to what I wanted and followed through with everything i asked for. The work was literally done within 24 hours of my contacting them. Communication was easy - phone and email - and the crew was personable and polite and very easy to deal with. Price was very competitive. I was quite satisfied andI will definitely use them again. Five stars.
