Felicia was fabulous! She was prompt and prepared and has a very easy going and yet still uber professional personality. She walked through my entire space to get a feel for who I am and she did not rush me. She was communicative and offered options that were thoughtful and pleasingly surprising. My initial project was a small one but she will be the person I call when I tackle my bigger ones too. A++
