I would give zero stars if allowable. It all started with getting a reasonable estimate to sand and refinish roughly 510 square feet of living space in July 2025. Two men from Jayson's crew came out to complete the job. On the first day, Francisco and the other gentleman showed when I was told they were going to show up and sanded the entire floor. The second day, Francisco came by himself and was 2 hours late. On the third day, they didn't even show up at all, even though he informed his boss, Jayson, that he would be coming out. So, instead of the project lasting four days like it was supposed to, floor refinishing took 2 1/2 to 3 days, resulting in a rushed, botched up job. I was told by Nathan, (person who gives estimates), that Francisco has been working with Jayson for 20 years? If that is the case, Jayson needs to relearn how to run a business and hire people who know how to refinish floors. Not happy until your happy is FALSE. The initial stain color sample test they did on our floor looked good. When they did the whole floor the color was not even close to the sample they showed us or what we wanted. They basically told us to redo the floor color they wanted us to pay an additional 2/3 the original quote. They also said if we did not pay it we would need to wait one to two weeks for them to have another opening to come back. We were in a hotel and our furniture was in a pod. They didn't care and basically bullied us into paying $2500 extra to finally get what we originally asked for. On top of it they scratched the floor moving the furniture back in. We have yet to hear back on that too. In the end it didn't even take them longer to complete it than what they estimated either.

We are very happy with how our floors turned out. They were professional and did all the work in just two days. Besides being very happy with the results, we were not left with a mess, so that was great. I would highly recommend them.

It went great! All around a great experience, considering what an inconveinence it was to me to have the floors redone. The movers came, moved the entire contents of my condo to another unit and then moved them back. They were really careful and made sure that everythng that touched the floor had felt pads under them. The guys that stripped and finished the floor were amazing! I had several sections that either needed to be replaced, had huge gaps or were just plain worn down. You can't even tell where they filled in the gaps or replaced the wood. I also expected the place to be really dirty from all fo the sanding, but with the new equipment, it wasn't hardly at all. I would be lying if I didn't say there was some dust, but almost non existent. I would recommend Vintage hardwood Flooring Company in a heartbeat. You won't be disappointed. And they work with Square Installment for payments, so you can spread out the payments as you need to.

Hired Vintage Flooring to install new floors in our kitchen and dining room. They did an excellent job! The floors look amazing and the guys that put them in were beyond professional. I will definitely use them again when I redo our other rooms!

I had my living/dining room floors sanded and refinished by Vintage Flooring Company. Jayson Levine, the owner, came out the day after I called to give me a bid. He uses movers to help with the furniture which was an added cost, but worth it. His crew worked very hard and finished the job in less time than expected. There was much less dust than I had anticipated. The floors look beautiful! I feel like I moved into a new house. I would recommend Vintage Flooring and look forward to using them again for phase two.

We are very happy with the results. We found Vintage Flooring through a web search and based on customer reviews contacted Jayson for an estimate. We are in a garden unit condo and experienced a burst pipe in early January that flooded our place and damaged our laminate flooring. He called me the same day I made my inquiry and made an appointment the very next day to come inspect our place. He was very reasonable with his estimate, suggesting we lay luxury vinyl flooring instead of the laminate planks the previous owner had installed and the cost was well within our budget from the insurance disbursement. At a second appointment he brought all his vinyl options and he told us that he would contact us to schedule the install as soon as he knew when the supplier could deliver the flooring. The next week we had our flooring delivered and installed over two days for our 2 bedroom condo. His install team was prompt and efficient and did a great job working around some uneven concrete subflooring, helping even out much of the areas. The new floor feels great and has a nice natural look and feel. We would definitely recommend Vintage Flooring to others!

Excellent. I got a very competitive bid very quickly. While I was out of town for Thanksgiving, they showed up, moved my furniture to the garage, sanded and sealed the entire 1st floor and then replaced all of the furniture over the course of 3 days. They even moved one of my cars out to the street to make room in the garage and then returned it to its spot when they were done. Steve came back when I returned to make sure I was happy with the results. He also explained in detail how to maintain the floors so they would last longer. The big difference between Vintage and other refinishers is that they have professional movers who will move your furniture for you. Last time I refinished my floors I had to hire my own movers and pay to store the furniture. Vintage made it so much easier.
