Great. Quick response. Ants were gone almost immediately and have not returned. It’s been at least two years.

Never responded to my initial inquiry.

Perfect. We had removed interior walls that were rotted due to needing a roof. After we began to remove the molded wood and walls we discovered an ant colony. We treated it ourselves and thought that we caught the queen, but to our surprise these ants resurfaced in the house again so we watched where they were coming and going from, They had just moved down the header to a location 5 feet away. Once again we treated and they were gone. So we closed the walls up and yet again they returned. I called Viking and he came the same day, applied a gel bait in several locations and said it is not uncommon to need a 2nd treatment with this type of infestation and being 10 feet away from the woods.He suggested cutting the branches that overhang the roof and removing wood and other rotten vegetation that was close to the house and informed me of what attracts them so I could avoid this in the future. But after a few days we noticed a decline in the ants and after several days we never saw the ants again. That was 18 months ago. I recommend using Viking over other companies that want you to sign a long term contract for repeat visits.

Tried to reach service provider numerous times. I left messages and received no response. Today I tried to call again & the number listed is a non working number.

Mr. McKenna came out with his son, reviewed the situation, made a plan, destroyed the nest and wasps, and asked for exactly what he had quoted on the phone. As it was day, he made some suggestions for finishing at night. So far, so good. Nice gentleman and I was very pleased with his work.

A newly purchased trailer home we discovered an entire colony of carpenter ants. We tried to exterminate ourselves to discover they moved 3 feet further into the walls. They were everywhere but untouchable. Viking provided baits behind the walls and sprayed in crevices. Shockingly no smell! It took a week if so but the place has been any free for a year now! I highly reccomend VIKING for extermination services, he is polite, efficient, on time and affordable.

It's been ten days so far since they set the ant bait. The ants were mainly in the kitchen and I'd tried store-bought bait twice. The improvement was immediate, and it's been a few days since I've seen any ants at all.

John and his son did an incredible job. They were very informative in telling me what they saw in my home, what chemicals they were using, protocol to follow after they left, and what to expect. The price was great and the bed bugs have not returned!

They sprayed a bathroom free of charge. The ants never returned. The owner is very calm and reassuring.

They were very courteous which is why I am not giving them an F. But ineffective for mice. They focused on setting bait traps and identifying and closing up outside possible entry points instead of finding where the mice are hanging out for more targeted treatment. They set bait traps and looked around outside and caulked holes. Honestly, I could have done that. I would have preferred that internal holes get sealed after applying some sort of zinc phosphide powder to kill any rodents that exist. Needless to say, the bait traps have not stopped the mice. More are coming. have added additional sticky traps which have caught 2 more mice in the same area (towards the rear of the 2nd floor apartment). I cannot speak to the quality of other pest control services this company offers, but when it comes to mice, I'll leave that to someone who can do something I cannot do myself.

I wanted so badly to give a stellar review due to this service provider's friendly nature. However the service was not compehensively positive. I hired this company to treat my 2-flat building (one empty unit) after finding a dead mouse in the empty unit. They removed the dead mouse and treated the whole building. Two weeks later, I found a live mouse in the unit occupied by me. After me spending a night at a hotel, 3 phone calls and 1 text message to Viking, someone returned the call and told me he could not return to the building that day, but that he would call me back. He never called me back. I had a different exterminator company come out to treat the building again and I'm praying I'll see no more mice. I'm considering monthly or bi-monthly service to keep mice away. Unfortunately, I won't be using Viking Pest Control for that service.

after 2 phone calls that were never returned and 3 dead mice, we gave up on this company!!!!

He came out in early summer solved the pavement ant issue and put out poison in strategic areas for the mice. He is professional, enthusiastic, thorough and takes pride in his work. His prices are very reasonable.

After the first treatment we noticed limited ant activity so Viking came back at no charge and retreated the same area. Now after over 1 month after the second treatment there are no more ants.

Service was excellent, prompt response, knowledgeable, extermination was done and totally corrected my problem at a very reasonable price!!

I had a wonderful experience with John from Viking Pest Control. Had a problem with wasps, which turned out to be cicada wasps, and contacted them. They responded immediately to my call, remedied the problem, and was so affordable. I would highly recommend them for your extermination needs!! A+ service
