Vicki provided detailed marketing materials for the condo sale, including brochures, newspaper ads, and a virtual tour on the Internet. She did extensive research on comparable homes in my neighborhood which allowed us to set a competitive listing price. Despite a sluggish market, Vicki had numerous showings and I was under contract in a few short months. The home purchase was a much longer process and Vicki was very patient with us. She showed us approximately 75 homes as I am a very picky buyer. She was readily available for showings and her experience was helpful throughout the processes. We made an offer on a home about half way through our search, however we decided to back out of the deal as we couldn't get comfortable with an issue that surfaced during the inspection. Vicki was very supportive and did not try and push us through the sale. We eventually found the perfect house and Vicki worked closely with us to ensure that we got a good deal. She stayed in contact with us during the offer process even while she was on vacation. Vicki is professional and was there with us throughout the entire process; showings, offers, inspection, walk through, and closing. She also provided the names of several individuals when we needed an inspector and attorney. We were pleased with both professionals that we chose.
