The owner and service provider, Myron Graves, listened to my description of the problem (squirrel!) and where I thought their entry point was, climbed up and confirmed it; set two traps and a hardware cloth screen to direct the critter into the traps; removed the animal; blocked the entry point with sheet metal; and painted the metal to match the surroundings. He's knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous. And competent! I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Myron was fantastic from the first minute to the last.  True professional.  He quickly responded to my voicemail and was great about accommodating my schedule to come by.  Myron provided a fixed quote of $450 to set the squirrel traps and basically do what ever was needed to resolve the issue.  The traps worked on the first day, but he checked in daily to find out if I was hearing anything else.  I called him about some younger squirrels hanging close to house and likely related and he came out and resolved that too.  I had to travel out of the country for a week right afterwards and he was completely flexible about waiting for me to return to pay him.  If only all service providers followed his standard.  And just the nicest, most humble guy on top of it all.

On his first visit, Myron noticed where the squirrels were entering the attic from the outside and setup traps.  It took more than a week of Myron returning on a daily basis, checking the traps on the exterior of the house and then also in the attic as well, to catch all of the squirrels who had taken up home in the attic.  He then patched up the exterior so that they could no longer gain access.  It was all a lot more work than I had anticipated, but you can tell Myron is an expert at this and knows the drill.  He communicated well about when he'd be at our house, was punctual, and persistent.  Would definitely hire him again if we had another problem.

It went very well despite the weather not working in our favor.

Myron was beyond wonderful.  Can't tell you how much headache he saved me from.  He trapped a couple of squirrels from my attic, sealed the entry points, trapped a rat from my basement (yes, I had squirrels in the attic and rats in the basement AT THE SAME TIME.), and proceeded to completely rat-proofed my basement.  He really exceeded my expectation and did several things in my favor that I hadn't asked him to.  Unlike many other service providers that I had used before who had performed work to the point and quickly tried to pick up the check and leave, Myron took his time to do the job right and put a lot of thought into what he did.  He was polite, professional, personable, and very easy to talk to.  He also charged me by the entire job instead of by the number of squirrels caught like some other wildlife control businesses told me they would.  If the squirrels had given birth, it could have cost me significantly more to have the whole litter removed if I were charged by the number of creatures captured.  
Myron service charge was simply the most reasonable, and he was fulled insured (I checked his insurance paperwork).  You can't help but wish business like his to thrive. Job well done and thanks!!

Myron was great! He returned our initial call within two hours (during a holiday week, I might add). He was able to give us a price range over the phone, and gave us a two hour window for the very next morning. He came right in the middle of the window he had specified,was courteous and informative, and had the whole thing taken care of in less than an hour. His charge was at the lowest end of the range he quoted us. We will definitely call him first if we ever have an issue with an animal again.

I was really impressed by Myron's expertise and by his sang-froid. In addition to doing all three of my jobs with great efficiency, he was able to explain what he was doing and why each step of the way. He took the time to answer all of my questions.

This is the second time we have used Myron (different problem) and both times he has fixed the problem without hassle. He is incredibly conscientious and shows up daily to check his traps and make sure the job is done correctly. He is easy to get a hold of on his cell phone and returns messages promptly.
If you have need of this unique service ( wild animals in places you don't want them) then Myron is your guy.

Myron Graves uses his cellphone as his business line, which I found very helpful. We discussed my raccoon problem by telephone, he arrived within the 90 minute window that he promised, and set his trap. It took a day or two and some slight adjusting of the location, but he caught our culprit. We continued to leave the trap for another 4 days, but it appears the one raccoon was our problem.
Myron is extremely professional, personable and well-schooled on trapping urban animals. I appreciated being able to shoot him a quick text with the status of the trap each morning. I strongly recommend him and will use him again if needed.

I am very pleased with the services of this provider. We were having a liner put in our chimney but the service had to be stopped due to squirrels and a nest about 6 feet down the chimney. Since the furnace and hot water had to remain off, I needed someone to come out immediately because I have 3 small children and didn't want to have no heat and water throughout the night. After goggling and calling several companies who either did not do this type of service or, could not come out until tomorrow, I spoke with Myron Graves at Urban Wildlife Response. After discussing my situation, he rearranged his schedule and was at my house about 2 hours later. He was very professional and was able to remove the 2 squirrels to allow me to get my furnace men back out the same evening. I would highly recommend this company.

After a bad experience with ABC wildlife, I contacted Myron and he came out quickly and assessed the situation and gave me a flat rate price. He set the traps OVER the hole and caught 5-6 squirrels and was responsive about coming back to get the trapped animals. When it was all over, he put a metal plate over the hole and I have had no problems since. The other provider trapped all the squirrels in the neighborhood. The trap needs to be placed OVER the hole so they are caught coming in and out --not just passing over your roof. would definitely use again.

A large opossum was nesting in an opening in rear yard deck. Myron was called, and he came out the next day. He was planning to leave a trap, but was able to able to capture the animal immediately and remove it from the deck.

Great - squirrels were gone quickly, and do not seem to have returned. The patch over the hole (which we had covered previously with no luck - the squirrels got back in that time) looks great and is not at all visible from the sidewalk in front of the house.

Myron came back with a helper and installed chicken wire down and in an and quot;Land quot; pattern on the open sides of my deck to prevent skunks (and other animals) from burrowing under there. He was very detailed on the phone and in person, arrived on time, did an efficient job, and guaranteed his work for 3 years. I would recommend hiring him.

They started June 29th and they finished July 20th. This company is very dependable, very good service. They are quick to repsond. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed.

The Urban Wildlife came by and did a complete assessment of the problem and the house overall. They then installed traps to capture the squirrels. I received calls every other day to update me on the progress. After no new squirrels were captured for a few days Urban Wildlife removed the traps and sealed the nesting hole with color matched metal. So now there are no squirrels and the house looks good as new.
