Overpriced

I called with questions. My calls were never returned. The chimney sweep was two hours late. No reason given. Everything was an upsell. Over $500 spent and my chimney is still filthy. I am very disappointed.

When your entire instincts tell you that somethings wrong, listen to them. The woman who called me was very reluctant to give me prices and I had to call back to ask for more details as she was more interested in getting an appt booked and getting me off the phone. Over all I was told: $129 - basic cleaning $80 - to do the return vents $40-60 to do a deep cleaning. Adding that up, it was a bit less than the other company I spoke to that said $275 for everything - plus I already had the appt so I just kept it. The guy came and hooked up a machine in my living room to one of the return vents and that was it. Did not do the process I would d read online on how it is done with covering vents to create better suction even. He showed me pictures and said I would need a deep clean and that would cost $637. SIX HUNDRED? Turns out the lady was incredibly misleading both time I talked to her and it was $60 PER VENT, not over all. I guess I will have to go to the other company now to finish the job.

This company is great. They do not over charge for unnecessary services. They inspect your air ducts and vents, then show the customer pictures so they can determine which services they would like. We will be reaching back out to them for chimney cleaning services.

We ve had 2 new units installed by United home cleaning services in the last few years and couldn t recommend them and their customer service more highly. 5 stars all around!

Guys was great! They are quick, efficient, and looking out for you. The guys that came out to install were wonderful. They were friendly, took their time to make things right and explain everything to me. I know this installation was a hard fit, but they did an amazing job. I am glad I went with them. They called me to make sure I was satisfied. 10 out of 10 for sure.
