Initial dropoff & pickup was rocky and contact was difficult at first, but service improved over time.

It was fine, everything went smoothly and there was no problem at all. They didn't give me any hassles at all, they have the truck that I wanted and it was clean, it was full of fuel and it was in good shape. Everything went really well.
