General Remodeling, Bathtub Restoration
It went well at the get-go. Tubs looked very nice for about 3-4 months. Then I noticed the paint flaking off inside our tub. Same was happening on 2nd floor. Apparently the batch of paint they used on these floors was not mixed correctly. They sent a guy out to re-paint these tubs but the paint just keeps flaking off. It looks awful. The icing on the cake was when their big boss came out to check out the problems. He said "I don't see a problem". I mean, I pointed to the paint chips peeling off and he told me there was nothing he could do, there was NO problem!! I have never been so insulted by a contractor and felt so ripped off.
