The job was a little more complicated because it was difficult to reach the pipes inside the house. The job went well and we'll have them out again.

This review is for Triton plumbing in Plainfield. Very dishonest people. Charged me almost $2400.00 for a $1300. Job. Just because I am an elderly woman, they took advantageof my lack of knowledge about water heaters. Never use this company. Even the secretary told me not to go through Angie's list

I felt it was expensive, but because it was an emergency. They were late.

The cleaning lasted 2 1/2 days. Subsequent contacts were stressful and very time-consuming. We had problems reaching the company; the phone was malfunctioning and an e-mail finally elicited a call from the office. Between the office and the plumber we were told the 7/26/16 follow-up was a one-time deal. The owner finally returning our call, and very emphatically tried to up-sell to a jet cleaning because of grease in the drain. The calls on 8/1/16 lasted around 50 minutes. The owner Mickey finally agreed to send someone out if we agreed to the following: The 8/2/16 invoice stated "Rodded line out if line where to back up again we would have to jet the line would be $464. No warranty form here on out". Not withstanding the written 9/8/15 bill stating "2 yr guarantee on Rodding". And there was no grease. So much for warranties.
