These out of state moves are just great. I'm a realtor and I have worked with many professional movers and I have nothing but good words to say, but these movers are fantastic. From the very first contact to the move itself, they have been nothing but efficient, respectful and careful.

Fantastic movers! Worked under our budget and helped me out a lot along the way for myself being a first time user of moving outside the state. The movers who arrived were both courteous and efficient. Very careful with are stuff.

My movers were fast and courteous with the stuff. I was really unpleasantly surprised by the movers I had hired before. They damaged my t.v and force my couch in the door causing some dents to the wall and couch. Luckily these movers made my last relocation ran so easily. I would definitely worked with their movers crews when I have to move again.

It went very well. The business is very seamless and makes the process easy.
Like many people I don't enjoy moving. It was good to find a place that was passionate about
moving and customer service. They came to my place to give me an accurate price and look at everything.
They came with clipboards and we went through everything and which items I would prefer them packing 
and which ones I was going to pack myself. 
When moving day came 3 friendly movers arrived on time. They worked clean and moved fast. They listened
to all my concerns throughout the move. They made sure not track any dirty footprints as well. Cleanliness 
is important to me and the respected that. They swept up debris that was left behind as well.
I had the ETA time from their office which was very accurate. They arrived right in front of the new building
I was moving too. They helped unpack a few items and put furniture exactly where I wanted it. 
The price in the beginning never changed which was a relief. There was by far one of the better moving experiences I've had.

The prices were reasonable and there were no hidden charge. They did all of the work and all I did was just to tell them where the stuffs should go or where to put the items at my new house. This made my moving experience so much easier. I am referring their moving service. These movers had an attention for details. This is what I had been looking for in a moving company.

The sales person was extremely responsive to emails/phone calls, and the office staff goes out of their way to make the customer satisfied. I got a written estimate and actually stick to it. I have hired many moving services in the past, and this one came on top.

Not only did the guys offer the best price we had found, but they were also willing to work with our schedule, even down to a VERY last-minute schedule change. Though other movers wanted us to make a reservation a week in advance, they were able to move some things around, so to speak, and could get to us the very next day.

I must say I was a little bit nervous about our future move because there was no confirmation call a day before. On the day of the move, the mover sent three guys & they arrived 10 min earlier the scheduled time window. Movers worked very quickly, professionally and were very polite. They took a great care of our furniture, having wrapped and protected everything properly. Guys completed our whole move in 13 days.

I was worried because I wanted the framing to be intact when delivered to the recipient. I was very happy when my client appreciated the professional service. The paintings were handled with care and all safety measures were taken by them to make sure there are no damages or scratches on the paintings. I am very thankful to guys for their great service and what?s more, there are no extra charges on my bill.

I had to do a quick relocation within the city on a very short notice (less than 1 day) and not only did they manage to get it done, they came half an hour earlier than it was expected. By the way, the 3 guys of the crew were super professional and skillful during the actual moving process. I am definitely about to hire these guys again for my next relocation. Their charge was also very nice with better rates than any other movers offered.

Mark is very efficient and very energetic from the beginning. I can hardly imagine Mark or his crew with a bad attitude, I have always gotten a big smile and super fantastic moving services. All of my stuff were perfectly packed and in a very professional way. So my mom was excited with how easy it was to unpack everything. Definitely recommend this mover more. They are quick, honest, efficient, affordable and with a great attitude.

The move was unexpected, that's why there was a need to find a professional help quickly. One of my colleagues suggested to call these movers. First, I had some worries about a quite big distance between two cities we had, but these guys made it happen with ease. When we called the office, their representative was easygoing and immediately put my worries at one stroke. Their movers could move my dad's 80 in. LED TV with no challenge and even relocate my grandma's antique piano safely. They even did the most part of the work we had to do ourselves - packing those things we didn't have enough time to do. Their guys appeared to be professional and easygoing.

The rates and customer service were spot on! The business was focus on aiming to please. They never changed the original date they gave to me from the start. Movers not only showed up on time but early too. They listened well and they met all the needs of my client. It's great to see a business that will work hard and go the extra mile. They were always one step ahead and work very fast!!!

They did a remarkable job for me. They came and got busy immediately with wrapping and packing service and they remained so until the loading was done. I like the way they covered furniture. I asked them if I had anything to support them. The movers told me to stay calm and get relaxed and they finished loading smoothly with no fault. They were not only just wonderful with their moving skill but with their nice attitude which made my move so easy. Finally it was a nice and perfect move for that I am very thankful to them.

Great Overall experience from packing to how fast the movers worked to the customer service over the phone. I?ve had quite a few experiences when moving companies hit me with extra charges at the end. That wasn?t the case with this business. They were upfront, honest and hard working throughout the whole experience.

Sam in sales was friendly and polite. He performed my in home estimate personally and worked hard to accommodate the strict time schedules and specific requirements associated with my military move from Chicago to Boston. Michael and his packing and loading team arrived at my residence on the requested date and on time. They were quick and careful as they meticulously packed, labeled and loaded my 12,000 pound plus household goods shipment. In my eighteen years of service I've never experienced a more expertly executed pickup. The delivery team, led by Vlad, was equally skilled. Again arriving on the requested delivery date and on time, they worked through the difficult Chicago weather, steady rain and storm squalls, to unload my shipment. Then the truck arrived at the destination, they quickly put everything into my new apartment and even helped me set up the bedroom and living room. I really couldn't have asked them to do a better job. They capably placed every item exactly where we requested, quickly reassembled all of our furniture, and somehow managed to avoid getting anything wet. This was my first move ever with no breakages, damaged electronics, or lost items and I'm including a previous move I did myself. Competitively priced, dependably prompt, and always professional, trico long distance movers exceeded my moving expectations.

First, they sent someone to the house, did a write-up and brought a gift when they came-not expected, but a nice touch nonetheless. Also provided us great packing tips and a great folder to keep all our moving stuff organized. Second, had to delay closing by 6 days due to the house closing being delayed-very understanding and rescheduled with no problems. Third, the day of the move, anxious already, but the truck arrived with 4 guys and they had our 3BR 2.5 BA townhouse packed and loaded (furniture shrink wrapped) on a big truck in less than 2 hours crazy fast and no scratches or dents or any damage to home. Best group of guys, hard working and hard sweating :) Fourth, we had to move all our things to storage until our new place is ready-and they loaded an unbelievable amount of things, greatly organized and thought out, in a storage facility-saving us from having to rent another space.  That was done in fast time and with great spirits. These guys were great to work with, the staff is super nice and truly cares about each and every job.

This was literally the fastest move in the history of all moves. Seriously, I was shocked at how fast they loaded up boxes at my old place and unloaded everything at my new place. They did so with care, I might add. Nothing was damaged. The moving crew members, who moved my stuff, were very respectful and punctual. They were supposed to show up at 9AM on the moving day. At 8:40am, I received a call saying that they were "down the street" and within minutes of the call they were pulling up to my driveway.

After my experience with trico movers there are two things that I decided I would do from then on:

a) Never move my own stuff again
b) Always call Trico do the dirty work.

I can't stress how stress free this particular moving experience was. I really do appreciate their services! They were a Godsend.

When Ken and Luke showed up I could tell they were very professional and ready to get the job done. I was quoted nine hours because I only had the furniture I couldn't move, Ken assured me my furniture would be moved in that time or less. They were very careful with my furniture and packed everything in record time. I already packed and moved my other items in boxes myself, so this move was pretty smooth. The 2 guys on my move crew were professional and honest. It took them a little longer on the front end as I lived on the 3rd floor of an apartment with no elevator. However, on the back end, at my new apartment in Iowa, they were super quick, not wasting any time. When we got to my new apt they placed everything where I asked them to. I tipped them and they were gone. I love that the process wasn't long and drawn out and all of my furniture was moved quickly and painlessly lol. From the initial contact to the final item moved, everyone involved office staff, area manager, movers exceeded expectations. I would recommend trico long distance movers to anyone needing a professional and courteous mover.

Trico was very good in the beginning to the very end of the move. Manager called and suggested to visit us to offer better price. He came and gave a lot of valuable advices and seemed very professional. He promised to move everything and put down/up pictures, curtains etc. They wrapped the clothes and curtains and put them nicely in the boxes. They do have professional packing material. They brought bubble plastic and  they insisted to use their thick blankets(which was better though that has been used so many times). They did not damaged the antique dining table and cabinets (that I was very afraid of). Thier manager assured me that he will compensate for anything damaged, but after the move he said that we were no damages!  Once the process of moving started i realized how professional the movers are. I was lucky to work with such a great crew. The movers were fast, but careful at the same time. Efficient, courteous and easy-going crew. They wrapped up things up well and, as i said earlier, were really careful with all of my items. I would say that crew is nice, dressed up in uniform. The price was exactly as quoted, no hidden charges or other things like that, which is great! The movers really took care of the rinse move very smoothly! I highly recommend Trico long distance movers, they just worked hard for me. Using them made my moving easy, stressless and affordable. Will definitely use them again if I have to move long distance again. 

I used Trico Long Distance Movers two years in a row and I had two GREAT experiences!!! Last June (2014), Trico Long Distance Movers gave me a smooth and successful move from LA to San Francisco . The estimated cost and 12 hour time frame was right on! This past Thanksgiving Day weekend, Trico once again out did themselves and helped me with another smooth, efficient, and quick move from San Francisco to IL! And once again, the estimated cost and time frame was right on. Aside from just the accuracy of the estimated cost and time frame, I was most appreciative to the fact that each and every mover was personable, communicative, and respectful. Every single personal item of mine was handled with such care and caution. I never had to worry about things being misplaced or even broken. Moving is stressful enough so working with Trico Long Distance Movers definitely gave me peace of mind and a sense of calm that everything would be taken care of...and it was! I think there's something to be said for the professional and polite conduct as well as the positive attitude from the staff that I was in with prior to the move, all the way to the movers themselves. Extremely courteous, punctual and hardworking. I would absolutely recommend them. The packaging that comes with the price was invaluable and was delivered when arranged at my convenience. This moving service saved a lot of hassle in costs, supplies, moving and packing. Although not the cheapest company they were not the most expensive either, but with the packaging and quality of service they give they are well worth the additional costs. Also they promised to cover the carpets when the quote was given and especially when the manager saw the carpets (cream). In all, the service was as stress free as moving can get. Excellent staff. Couldn't blame them at all for weather conditions. Courteous and diligent in getting the job done well. Highly recommended. Thank you Trico Long Distance Movers!

I was very happy with Trico Long Distance Movers. Found them on angielist.  Called several companies off of angielist, and they were the most competitively priced.  Moved from about a 1600 sq ft apt to a 4500 sq ft house in 7 hours and 4 men.  Having 4 men really helped-I would recommend getting more men and getting done with the move sooner!  They wrapped everything with such precision and seemed like they knew what they were doing in terms of loading the truck properly. Trico Long Distance Movers did a great job wrapping & packing everything up for me. (Including a fridge).  The whole trip took less than the minimum time estimated, and I never felt like they were stalling to gain time.  Great job Trico!

I couldn't ask for anything more from Trico Long Distance Movers company. We moved from a apartment into a two-story home and it went as smooth as could be. Tony did  an initial survey and presented his price quote up front and had options for if we wanted to have them pack up for us as well. We opted to do that part ourselves and just have Trico do the heavy lifting. The moving crew showed up on time and worked hard until the job was done. All the items that could have been scratched was well wrapped and protected. Nothing was damaged or broken in the whole moving process. The crew also managed to move some awkward pieces into the second story,  including a huge sofa. They completed my move 3.5 hours ahead of schedule and didn't leave any mess behind. They were cheaper than other companies that quoted me. Great bunch of guys who work hard. I'd not hesitate to use them again anytime I need to move long distance. Thanks Trico Long Distance Movers!
