They asked questions. I had a name of a cat. We agreed on which cat after hanging with her a bit. I provided my information and pictures of where she would live. I went home with an old lady cat. They provide a cat behavior advice line: tel or E-mail. Cats are so strange that a new owner needs this kind of advice.  I brought her in after a month to check on her tumor removals. 

Tree House is great. Their staff all obviously care a great deal about the cats here. I adopted a pair of three-month old kittens (brother and sister -- a bonded pair) and had a great experience. The kittens have clearly been very well cared for and and well-adjusted, happy, and healthy. Tree House had me fill out an application and answer some questions in a brief interview to ensure that the kittens were going to a good home and would be taken care of. Great organization, great experience. Recommended without reservation.

I had a cat that had passed away. The other cat I had seemed lonely so I went to Tree House and found another cat, Bryce, that I adopted. They matched me up perfectly with Bryce. She immediately became one of the family. The individuals were so caring, they could tell you the background of every cat that the had. They have 2 locations. I am just amazed at how well they know cats, they have a vet and a cat psychologist on staff and that is available to you for a month after the adoptions. They have a list of items they would truly appreciate if they were donated (ie,cat toys, food, heating pads), I try to donate whenever possible. It's nice to have that information, to be able to assist them in the care of these cats.

They knew everyone of the cats. They knew each cats personalities and each cats history. It is a no-kill shelter and have special rooms for elderly cats and sick cats. They have a big area for the cats to wander around outside. They performed a complete physical and dental exam on each cat and added a microchip.
