Three Marias Cleaning

Different crew each time with differing results made it hard to get a consistent job. Communication and response could be a bit better for scheduling purposes. Some crews did a great job, some focused on other less important area. One of the girls did a fabulous job in my kitchen but the next time I hired, she was not a part of the trio.

It was 3 hours and 2 people.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List. They were able to come by on short notice. The cleaning work was fine, but there seemed to be confusion. I paid for 4 hours of work, the cleaners were there for 1.5 hrs and then asked for additional funds for cleaning supplies. To their credit, it was probably my misunderstanding. However, I was a little put off when they came back for additional money for supplies used to clean less than 1,000 sq. ft

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been using them for nearly 3 years and have on several occasions called immediately after a service to share concerns about the quality of work - dishes supposedly washed that were still encrusted (not just one item, but the majority of dishes), drain traps left uncleaned, mildew all over the bath mat, obvious pet fur left on furniture, etc. Each time I shared information in hopes of helping the business improve and did not discount my payments or fire them. Each time, I felt Maria was reasonable and listened to my concerns and usually ended the conversation with a lovely message about God blessing me. Then, today...wow like something out of a comedy/horror...really. I reached out to the owner because they cleaned my house yesterday and I had requested extra services - for the basement to also be cleaned. They did a nice job on it and I texted to ask how much I owed, because of the extra services I assumed it would be more. In response to my text, I got a daylong **** of nasty messages. First, the owner (Maria) lied about the amount of work that was done - I cross referenced my security system information that shows when the house has been accessed and when exterior doors are opened and closed. She claims that on two occasions over 6 hrs of work were completed, but my indisputable records clearly demonstrate the effort was 4.5hrs the first time and at most 5 hrs the second time. She subsequently engaged in an extended name calling session, painting me as an indecent and immoral person simply because I have two cats who apparently threw up in a part of my house before they cleaned. She has used words like "sociopath" and claimed that they now have to live with the shame of having cleaned up this "filth" and has indicated that God will judge me for the filth in my house. I know some people who clean their house before the cleaners come, but I am not one of them and don't have time to be. And, my house may not be the cleanest in the world, but it is far from being "filthy". Remember, this was all in response to a simple and extremely well-intentioned text from me inquiring as to how much I should pay them for their previous service. 15 accusatory and slanderous texts later (yes, she continued...and continued...and continued...really got to be quite funny). I have now fired the company and will always remember this as my worst ever experience with a business. I will pay my bill, because I always do and there was service rendered, but man...I never want to deal with this person again and I feel very sorry for the people who have to work for her.

They were here for only one hour. It seemed like they were in a hurry to leave.

Did excellent job, everything went well. No complaints from tenant and this tenant complains a lot.

They did an excellent job. My tenants were very happy with the service.

Cleaning ladies arrived on time and performed the work as agreed. Work performed was of good quality. Scheduling advised us in accurately of the amount of work that could be expected to be completed in the promotional price.

Great, they were there the next day by adjusting their schedule to take care of us. They had limited supplies but we had some on site.

First the arrangement was for 4 hours of cleaning and for the focus to be on the main floor and deep cleaning. After 1.5 hours they were done. The kitchen floor was not mopped, there was still pet hair in every corner of the floor as well as under chairs, tables and pretty much everything else. Nothing was moved to be cleaned, instead they just wiped around items. They even left the garbage sitting in the middle of the room. When the supposed boss, Kim, got on the phone, she claimed that because there were more than 1 person, we would not get the full 4 hours and that they were not going to do any of the things previously agreed on. She then hung up on us. We took pictures of all the hair, dust and everything else left and all we got back was "sorry for your disappointment". I would never use this company again just for the customer service that we got, let alone the shoddy service and being cancelled on several times. If you are looking for a good cleaning service, look elsewhere, even if it costs a bit more.

At first was really hard to communicated over the phone because of the language barrier but after we got the date appointment everything was smooth . The girl that perform I wish to know they name I would recommend to all my friends really professional . I would use the service again after see how the job done . I really like the early schedule . Thank you for cleaning my house .

It went very well.  I will use them again.

Communication was a little challenging as their English was somewhat limited, however they still did everything I asked for.

This was a Big Deal that had actually expired but I appreciate it was honored at the full promotional value. $140 for 6 hours of maid service.
