Brian returned our original call promptly and gave us a competitive quote in the promised time frame. The guys who did the work were exceptionally conscientious about keeping the dust contained and cleaned up. They put plastic down on the carpet and paper on the hardwood floors and vacuumed frequently. They arrived daily at the committed time and were able to complete all aspects of the job themselves. The result is perfect.

Once again I was more then satisfied with Third Coast. Dan Sheehy is open, communicative, and more then anything else I felt like he was able to listen to my needs and wants, and translate them into a finished product as I had imagined it. I wanted to maintain the vintage aesthetic of the house and he had a number of ideas to help me do that and still stay within my budget. He was also really great about getting a plan down before starting work so that everyone is on the same page. Something friends have complained about other contractors not doing. There were no change orders on the job, so everything fell within the budget I had expected it to. And aside from a few minor delays the job was finished promptly.

The company, and workers were great. I was really nervous about the project being a mess and my neighbors complaining when they tore all the old siding down, but the guys were great and communicated with my neighbors regularly. They cleaned up everyday and made certain to be careful about the state of the gangway and nearby houses. The price they bid at and the price that it actually cost was the same (shocking) I was never hit with work orders or anything, and since I was working on a budget, that was great. They gave me a time flow chart to show progress and what to expect in advance. I don't know...it was all just really helpful. The owner, Dan, communicated with me through the whole thing, and was really understanding of both my nerves and my questions. The siding looks great, the basement is finally clean, and the new front porch really adds to the street appeal of the house. Their bid pricing came in at the middle of four contractors, and I do not regret using them at all.
