We had a lot of peace of mind that we wouldn't have had otherwise, knowing that the MG Group was on top of the process for us.
They represented me on a sale post a relocation and were able to expertly manage the sale process. The team based approached allowed them to easily navigate the extra challenges that come with an out of town seller.
Their process is a bit unique and designed for scale. In spite of their scale, they are able to still maintain the high touch customer service approach that it takes to make a transaction work. Also I'm personally a big proponent of market feedback on transactions and this team does it very very well. The showing recaps give a seller precisely the information they need to make informed decisions.
The group also provided spot on pricing guidance that allowed me to achieve my goals along with referrals to a useful set of vendors for services such as staging.

The end result speaks for itself: we were under contract in six days for our target price (98% of asking and 107% of a lower in-building direct comp) and we are absolutely convinced the target price was fair market value. We were naturally disinclined to trust real estate professionals (and sold our last property FSBO), feeling that most are trained to lowball prices and talk sellers into taking a deal. Mario, on the other hand, absolutely represented our interests as sellers. When many realtors would have attempted to negotiate us down after a lowball offer, Mario instead took the harder job of negotiating with our buyers and got us our target price ? a price that we knew was fair because of the work he did up front. His follow-up through the sale process was outstanding and his office resolved two last minute issues that could have hurt the deal. Two other units in our building on the market before we started remain unsold. We would definitely retain Mario Greco again and would unreservedly recommend him to anyone selling property in the mid- or high- end of prices in the Chicago area
Mario did not provide much staging advice as he thought it was in good shape but we would have preferred some more suggestions on this (we had a friend later assist with this piece). Mario and his team were very clear with what we needed to get completed through the process. They arranged showing our our baby's nap schedule which was great. We received email updates after each showing within a few hours which provided quality feedback from the potential buyers reactions...both good and bad which was helpful for us. Mario and his team were super responsive for any questions as well. Every month or so we would have a short chat with Mario on where we were with buyers, marketing and the Chicago housing market in general.
We had a few small hiccups along the way which we expected with any real estate agent we went with. In each case, Mario and his team were very responsive to the issues and resolved them as soon as possible.
We were very pleased with our decision to use Mario.
