THE LEATHER SOLUTION

Originally called The Leather Solution, based upon Angie's List reviews. Spoke to a Rachelle Loncarevic who asked about the scope of the project. She then asked me to send her pictures, via email, so that they could provide an estimate for the necessary repairs/restoration. She said once they had an opportunity to review the pictures, she would call me with an estimate. She sent me an email requesting pictures and directions for taking photos (zoom in/zoom out) so that they could determine location and scale of damage so they could provide their recommendations. Pictures were sent the same day as her email request (6/13). Five phone calls attempts and voice mails later, "crickets" from this company. As unprofessional as it comes. Moving onto to other Angie's List providers.

I cannot believe the amazing attention, communication and generosity to make our anniversary perfect. I did not think I could afford an extraordinary chair, but when it arrived, it was not a breath short of extraordinary. I could have never gifted a chair of this quality and beauty without The Leather Solutions. They gave the most competitive quote, were the most generous with my budget, and did everything they could do with my chair given the condition. I?ll let the pictures speak for their work! (Please excuse the mess in the second picture; it was also our move-in day!)

My experience has been that poor customer service upfront is usually indicative of things to come. I'd avoid this one.

The work they did was unbelievable! This company was recommended to us by the furniture store where we bought the leather couches. We have had them for several years and both couches had some scratches cause by our dogs. It took about an hour for the repair in our home and now you would never know anything had been damaged or repaired - it looks brand new! The cost is a little high, but the workmanship is outstanding. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The Leather Solution was great to work with. We will be using them again the future.

Puzzling. Requested an inspection and a quote on repair of leather sofa, loveseat and club chair. Representative was a no-show for appointment. No call. I called several times but got the message that the voice mailbox was full. A few days later, I received an email of apology that my appointment order had been misplaced and they just came across it - offered to come out the next morning. I thought, okay, it can happen. Rep did arrive on time, took photos and measurements for the quote on larger pieces and did a very nice, on-the-spot repair of a small hole in the loveseat. He was courteous and cleaned up, etc. Seemed like we were on track. I expected to receive my email quote on the rest of the work. Over a week ago, I emailed for the status. Received word that the quote would come the next morning. Nothing. Still nothing and now it's been over two weeks. Do they have more work than they can handle? I plan to look elsewhere for the services.

The spot is almost totally gone. They were very responsive to any questions I had. They were very honest and professional. Leather is not the easiest material to clean grease out of.
