The Container Store

They did a beautiful job.  They were unbelievable.  I had one of their closets in our house and they redo all things too.  They couldn’t really fix it but they innovated.  They were willing to take them all and put them with new and that was innovative.  It was top quality work.  They were good workers and worked together and they made it worthwhile.  It was not cheap but it was well worth the money.  Actually we told them about it and wrote a letter to them that I had a good experience.

After reading about the Container Store's Elfa closet system on Angie's List, we checked it out and caught it in the middle of a shelving sale. The designer was very helpful in listening to our needs and concerns for our oddly shaped master bedroom closet and was able to recommend a design that doubled our storage in the closet. The Elfa system was incredibly easy to put together.

I can't say enough good things about the Container Store's Elfa Closet System. My husband and I recently moved into a new condo where the closet space is just okay. We took in our dimensions to the Container Store to have them show us what, if anything, they could do to maximize our space, and we couldn't believe how much more square footage they were able to get out of our master closet. The system can be pricey, but if you go during the sale periods (in October and again in January), it makes it much more reasonable. Installation was a breeze too. All the people we came into contact with at the container store were very knowledgeable and friendly. We will most definitely be heading back here to get the rest of our closet spaces ''elfa-ed''. I highly recommend!

Great. The designer had a good sense of how to make maximum use of the components and the space in the closet. He tried to make it as usable and inexpensive as possible.

I LOVE the elf system! It was easy to purchase, install and modify. Marcia was a fantastic help when it came to designing the system, and by using their program, there was no need to calculate how many brackets, screws, etc were needed. I have a small car, so they delivered everything to me for a $50 delivery fee. I did have to return to the store with one piece because it had not been cut down to size as requested, and I did swap a few pieces, but I have absolutely no complaints. I'd reckoned this system and service to anyone, and will definitely use it again if future homes are not already set up with elf closets.

After getting quotes upwards of $6K from other closet companies, Elfa was really my only option. It's funny, I forgot that once all my clothes and shoes were inside, I'd hardly notice the actual system. I'm so glad I didn't spend the extra money! The people at The Container Store have it down to a science. They're quick with suggestions. And if you want to wait for them to cut everything, it's only about an hour. (Depending on your system, of course.) I'm not super strong, but installing Elfa is a piece of cake. You really just need a good drill. One piece of advice on this store -- DON'T go on the weekend. You'll wait forever for help, and you'll probably leave annoyed by the crowds.

THEY ARE GREAT BECAUSE YOU CAN TAKE THE CLOSETS WITH YOU IF YOU MOVE & THEY ARE EASY TO ASSEMBLE YOURSELF.

MY PURCHASE WAS DURING THEIR ANNUAL ELFA SALE, SO IT WAS A GREAT DEAL. HOWEVER, THE FREE DESIGN SERVICE WAS PAINLESS AND THE RESULTING DESIGN WAS FLAWLESS. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH THE INSTALLATION AND CUT ALL THE PIECES TO SIZE. THE SHELVING IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A HARDWARE STORE, BUT THE DESIGN, QUALITY AND ''CUTTING'' MAKE UP FOR IT. IF YOU CAN, BRING PICTURES OF YOUR SPACE. IT''S ALWAYS HELPS. AND MEASURE TWICE!
