Started off very good. Terry is very nice and accommodating at first. He builds trust with lots of visits to the house for design work and doesn't ask for money. Then he asks for big checks for Cabinets, Stone, Flooring and Demolition. After paying $31,000 all we got was the demolition. We now have to hire a new contractor to pick up the pieces. The Tribune wrote an article about 5 families with similar problems. Believe me, if there are 5 known families, then there are at least triple unknown families. Don't be his next victim!
