I spent $65000 for the job because they did more than one unit. Since they did the work I am finding problems with it. They installed a new sump pump, but it was the wrong type of sump pump so my plumber said I needed to buy a new one. For the most part they did alright, but they weren't giving me good quality unless I really insisted upon it. Most of what they did was superficial like painting, drywalling, and installing cabinets. The sink they installed had problems with all of the plumbing related to it and the showers had problems with the handles. I will not use them again in the future and I don't recommend them.

They were referred to me by my 203K renovation loan officer. I like this contractors initiative. He knows the 203K renovation process very well. There is always someone there everyday working and he is always accessible to reach by cell phone. He is very good at staying within the budget that he knows he has to stick with.
