Very pleased with the whole process. From my first phone call to the follow up after the floor were done. Nick, the owner, is very knowledgeable, patience and dedication. He took the time to explain me the process, the different type of wood and the difference result that I obtain in my house. He understood what type of color I wanted based on inspirational pictures. He was kind, available and efficient. He delivered the work before the deadline.

We love our floors. The old and squeaky floors were replaced with new 5 white oak, so beautiful. All floor project went smooth, Nick and his team informed us about all the steps they were taking each day, very clean and neat.

Nick and his crew are very friendly and hard working. They showed up on time, finished in the time frame quoted, and offered professional advice that helped us choose the best finish for our floors. They also touched up a common area (stair landing) in our building at no additional cost. Highly recommended, would work with again in a heartbeat.
