I "auditioned" several real estate agents when planning to sell my condo. I was immediately impressed with Amie and the other agents on her team because they were not only more prepared than the other agents I met with, but they were also more responsive with feedback. For example, two other agents simply quoted the selling price of the last unit in my building to sell as what I should set as my asking price; Amie actually researched the neighborhood to make sure her suggested asking price was in line with comparables having sold recently and with what else was on the market. In addition, while other agents said the condo looked just fine the way it was, Amie and her team not only made several suggestions for how to better stage my condo, they also came over and did a mini-makeover of the bedroom (new furniture, bedding, etc.) to make it look bigger when the unit didn't sell right away. I really liked their team approach. Rather than just one person working with you, there are multiple professionals working together. They did everything you would expect from real estate agents and more: beautiful photos/great listing, excellent staging, open houses if I wanted them, prompt communication, etc. (Amie even stopped by to water my plants while I was out of town for an extended period of time!) They brought in a great offer after only a short time on the market, at a time when things were beginning to look really uncertain. Amie and her teammates more than earned their commission. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home.
