Superior is an excellent company and very easy to work with. I am impressed with the quality of the product and the fast delivery.

The entire transaction was handled over the internet.  Their website was easy to follow.  The instruction were right on point.  I was even able to execute a change order before my item shipped.   This vendor was extremely responsive.  They promised that my item would ship 5 days after they received the markup of my table corners.

I wanted to physically see the table pads rather than order on the internet, so we went to Superior Table Pad's factory in Chicago. Their service was very helpful and pleasant, from the man at the dock who opened the gate to the parking lot for us, to the office staff who showed us the samples and took our order. The pads were delivered 2 days later. They are very good looking and easy for us to use.

We will be using them for a buffet in the dining room.

Superior Table Pad Company were very good. I had my table pads within a few days. I gave them my table measurements over the phone cause I wanted then to be folded into thirds instead of halves and they did that for me. I got them in like 5 days and everyone else said it would take like 6 weeks. They are very heat resistant and very nice. They did a wonderful job and it was fast. They were just tremendous. I had them specially folded so that I could fit them in my closet when I am not using them.

We were pleased with their service. The product is what we wanted.

Originally, the company representative who missed the appointment called me and asked for another chance, stating that they had recorded it on another day. I agreed to a new appointment when they gave me their cell phone number to call in case of delays, and because the appointment was early morning, before the business was open. Not only did they arrive on time, but they made an impression of the table edge, brought in tons of samples, and to make up for the missed appointment, threw in free shipping, if I orderered through them. There was also a special promotion going that included a pad/leaf storage bag, if I ordered within the week. I still had one more estimate to get, but ended up going with Superior. The pad arrived within days (the other companies couldn't guarantee it for 5-6 weeks) and it was perfectly measured and fit the curve of the table. The storage bags were fantastic. Overall, except for the early morning missed appointment, it was a fabulous experience.

Ordered on-line. Web page promised delivery in 2 days and they certainly lived up to it! Confirmed receipt of order on the same day. I ordered on Wednesday and received them Friday, in plenty of time for Thanksgiving! Great product, packed well, arrived FedEx!

After the decisions were made the product arrived at my door (shipped) with in 72 hours. The pad fit perfectly and the whole process was seamless!

THE SALES REP CAME OUT WITH SAMPLES. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE. PADS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I EXPECTED, BUT I HAD NO DOUBTS ABOUT THE QUALITY. I LIKED MY PADS SO MUCH, I ALSO WENT TO THE SUPERIOR FACTORY ON OAKLEY (IT WAS A BIT CHALLENGING TO FIND THE ADDRESS, BUT WORTH IT) AND BOUGHT A SPECIAL STORAGE BAG FOR THEM.
