Great work performed quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

Chest of drawers was refinished perfectly.  Bookcase has several varnish drip marks, table tops were refinished in a different color that the base. 

Service was prompt, courteous, and highly professional. Referral to a great, reasonably priced fabric shop. Work done for exactly the price quoted and on the schedule given.

They did excellent work. The quality of work was very good. Their price was very good. Their response was professional and pretty quick. The only problems I had were their location was not in a terrific part of town and so I paid to have them deliver the chairs rather than go pick them up. I had purchased an extra fabric so I had fabric leftovers. When they delivered the chairs, they forgot to deliver the fabric. That's probably my only things I had to go pickup the fabrics on my own.

Excellent they were able to redo the finish and re-stained the mantel that the other company said they could not do.  Highly recommend them, due to commute did take some time had to make 3 trips out to make sure the color was what we wanted.  They saved the mantel and looks great now, highly recommend them.  Found them through Angie's List and had a deal that helped save money on the project.

Superior did an amazing job on all 3 pieces they did for us. We were most impressed with how well our re-upholstered section turned out.  It looks amazing!!!

I had 2 old wooden tables that had belonged to my grandparents and parents. 
One was a walnut gate-leg table that had a very dark finish, which someone else had attempted to strip off at some point.
The other was a round, drop-leaf ash table with an old, yellowish finish, which had been somewhat banged up over the years.
While I enjoy many DIY projects and had even taken a wood shop class while in High School, I knew I wouldn't have time to do both myself, and certainly would not do nearly as nice a job as a professional.
I emailed some photos so they could get an idea of what they would be working with.
I called and asked them if I could bring them in. They offered to pick them up during a trip through my neighborhood, but I didn't want to spend the extra fee and decided to take them over to the shop myself. They said that would be fine if I called ahead and arrived before noon on Saturday.
I took them in and had a very nice conversation with Jeff, who spoke knowledgeably and enthusiastically. He showed me examples of other work, and listened to my thoughts about my old tables. I liked the way he described the process and how he planned to approach the walnut gate-leg table with a more natural, medium walnut finish.
We agreed to have him strip and refinish the walnut table, while the ash drop-leaf table, would be stripped so I could do the finishing at home.
I picked up the stripped table a couple weeks later. Jeff gave me a quote and said the Walnut table would be ready in a couple more weeks.
When I called the next time, I was unable to get a hold of anyone, and left a message for Jeff.
I received a voice mail back a week later from a receptionist, who stated the hours were weekdays only.
When I finally got a hold of someone, I made arrangements to come in on a Saturday morning. 
I arrived, and spoke with James, who was less familiar with the work done on my table, or the quote Jeff had given me.
After some discussion, he told me that Jeff had passed away since the last time I spoke with him. I understood then why it had been so difficult to get a hold of anyone for a few weeks.
The walnut table looked beautiful and they helped me load it into my car.
I am very happy with the work and I know Jeff will be missed.

While their customer service and punctuality leaves a little to be desired, the quality of work is outstanding. I would absolutely use them again. Just limit your timing expectations and you too will be happy with their service.

The fireplace piece another company told us to scrap and start over and get a new mantel.  
Luckily this company was running a Angie's List coupon and said they could do the project.  
I went in and saw that they had redone pieces like ours and was sold.
They did a great job working with us to get the color that we were looking for.  
The mantel now looks great and finally looks how we wanted it to.

our table got dinged during an appliance repair on a beveled edge and was highly noticeable..   Superior was not only recommended by AL, but also from where we bought the set, so I was pretty confident we would get good service. it took a day or two to speak with the folks there, but  their quote was right in line with other repairs (some firms said a full refinishing job was necessary at an average of $1200- those were eliminated..) but they were ready to go right away.
The tech was actually an hour early for our scheduled appt, and let me know ahead of time he could be here early.  Upon inspection he determined that the actual charges would be less than half of what was quoted.  Have never experienced that before-  Job was done in an hour, and where the damage was is completely un-noticeable.  
We have found Superior to be honest, professional, courteous and an excellent PARTNER when we need them.  IMHO there is not a need to look any further than Superior for our repair and refinishing needs.

Everything went absolutely perfect with them. I was pleased with the service. Everything came up on schedule. I also was impressed with the person who came to see the furniture at the beginning. Also, he gave me a tour of where they do the work and the stages of what it would go through. He did give me the 5% discount he promised. Also, the delivery people did a great job and I was impressed with their behavior and everything as well. I would recommend and use them again.

Had a broken Chair repaired

They are great. They have done incredible repair work and their prices are very reasonable. They work around our schedule, and they really do excellent work.

GAVE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, THEN GOT TO OUR HOUSE AND SAID IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL $100. THEY FIXED THE CABINET INCORRECTLY. NOW THE DOORS ARE PERMANENTLY CROOKED.

AM NOT INTERESTED IN A VENDOR WHO WANTS TO PICK UP MY FURNITURE SIGHT UNSEEN AND QUOTE ME A PRICE.

THIS WAS A REALLY SMALL JOB BUT THEY DID IT ON TIME AND IT LOOKS GREAT.

SINCE THE REPAIR WAS MINIMAL, THEY ONLY CHARGED ME THE MINIMUM.

GOOD WORK AND A REASONABLE PRICE. TONY CALLED BEFORE COMING AND HAD THE WORK COMPLETED WHEN PROMISED.
