I asked 3 roofing companies for bid and Konrad's bid come in the middle but his expertise was the most accurate. Roof is done now. I have 10 year warranty and according to Konrad's recommendation after and every 10 years I will do flat roof silver coating to keep my roof good for next generations !

I had him inspect the hole and also look at two other minor issues around my house (rotted wood trim). He personally inspected and performed a quick estimate and sent me the estimate via email the following day. The estimate was within what I expected (and wanted) and we immediately scheduled his workers to come out and begin a day or two later. They finished in one day and did a great job generally. When he invoiced us the following day, he actually came back and said that the job was easier than they thought and final invoice was significantly lower than his initial estimate When do you ever see that? Incredible. We were very happy we called Konrad at My Lakeshore Renovation. I would definitely use them again if we have any further roofing issues (or need a new roof, etc).

It was very positive experience. Konrad answered all my questions and I was comfortable to hire him to replace my roof and tuck-point my chimneys. I had two layers of shingles to tear off, three chimneys to tuck-point and cap plus new gutters to install. Pricing was better than two other bids and he gave me extra discounts too. His employees were very hard working people and completed my project in three day according to Konrad's schedule. I got new GAF timberline shingles with warranty. I'm sure I will use this company again. Thank you very much!

I called Konrad and he was able to come out that day. He and his wife showed up to come look at our leak. He inspected our roof and the attic. He was very thorough. He took pictures of what needed to be repaired. He gave us an estimate for the repair the next day. He had his roofer come out the same day and repaired it. He sent me pictures of the completed work and he followed up with me after his guy completed the work. I am very satisfied with the customer service that we received and we plan to use Konrad for future projects.

I hired Konrad's company for my roofing needs. His crew installed new shingle over new plywood. He did not charge me for gutters repairs which save me quite few $ hundreds. They installed new cedar shake over my bay window - what a craftsmanship ! He gave me discount of 5% for Angie's List member as well. Thank you very much the the entire team !!
