Sunshine Carpet And Upholstery Cleaning

They came out and cleaned the carpets. However, next time I will let them take the carpets out and clean them. I wasn?t happy with the cleaning. They didn?t take care of certain things.

We were referred to Sunshine Carpeting by a carpet store. We contacted them, and the owner was extremely nice and fit us into their schedule as quickly as possible. We didn't have any furniture in at the time of the service, so the estimate was only for cleaning. I'm not sure if they charge to move furniture or not. They also had a flat rate of approximately $0.30/square foot, which was nice to know the price before the service was performed. They were on time for the service as well. In retrospect, I'm not sure that the cleaning did a whole lot. We are probably going to replace the carpet (it's about 6 years old, and the previous owners had a larger family). However, I would recommend Sunshine Carpet Cleaning to others.

My telephone call was answered promptly by the owner. He made an effort to get me in as soon as he could so that my carpet was clean for Thanksgiving. He gave me an estimate over the phone, then explained that his servicemen would arrive and take measurements and then give me a firm price. The amount I paid was less than the telephone quote. The servicemen arrived about 5 minutes early, measured and explained the cleaning system to me. They pretreated heavily soiled areas, then applied the general cleaning solution and buffed my carpets clean. I was absolutely amazed at how clean my carpets were when they finished. The cleaning solution has a pleasant, orange smell and does not have any chemical odor. My house smelled clean and fresh at the end of the procedure. BEST OF ALL--my carpets were COMPLETELY DRY in 2 hours!! The servicemen were polite, professional, and were careful about moving their equipment on my hardwood floors. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. The owner dropped by during the week to measure the area being cleaned and give me a price for their work. The two man crew from Trophy Chemdry arrived on time and immediately proceeded to to do their work. What amazed me is they do not use any water or steam to clean the carpets. They use a waterless system to raise the dirt out of the carpet's nap and remove it with a machine that looks like a floor buffer. Heavily soiled areas are treated with a pre-cleaning solution & the pads or bonnets they use are made out of cotton. To be honest, I was quite skeptical about this entire process. It was not until I saw them replace the first pads that I realized the amount of dirt being removed. The work was done is less than an hour and all of the heavily soiled areas were clean. The carpet was almost completely dry when they were finished. They did a great job and my staff commented the carpet has never looked cleaner.

They were prompt and professional. I will use them again in the future for our other rooms as needed.

First, they were ON TIME. Inspected the furniture, told me what stains might be hard to remove and then advised price. There is no charge for the quote. They prepared the work area by laying down plenty of drop cloth. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Loved the scent left in the room after the cleaning. Took them about an hour. It was a VERY pleasant experience. Passed their business card to my sister-n-law. Would I use them again? YES, YES, YES, YES.

The cleaners arrived 30 minutes early! They performed all the promised actions with this package. They moved sofas, loveseats, tables, etc. and pre-vacuumed. They thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions since this was my first time using Chem-dry. Both rooms look amazingly clean. You could walk on them after about 3 hours although I sat on the floor after that and I could tell that the carpeting was still ever so slightly damp. This would not keep me from using them again, though, because other companies often put the room out of commission for over 24 hours because of the amount of water they use. I'm especially hopeful about the allergen arrestor since it is reported to kill dust mites. I have the dustiest house on the planet. They also successfully removed some old stains. I will be using them again for the rest of my house.

THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS, AS I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED ALL NON-TOXIC PRODUCTS USED. I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THAT IS ALL THEY EVER USED. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR EFFICIENCY AND THE GREAT OUTCOME OF MY CARPETING.
